"I have been with this office for over 25yrs. Throughout that time I have had many vehicles insured as well as renters insurance. Thank goodness I have never had to use the latter but every time I have had a vehicle claim I am always so incredibly thankful for Jim and his team. Last time I worked with Noelia and she guided me step by step through the whole process. I had two claims in a span of a week. My rental was rear ended while on vacation in Hawaii and then returned home and my vehicle had been broken into. Noelia and that office handled my claims incredibly and even found me a rental car though there is a an extreme shortage. I do have to say when working with other parties insurance I am so thankful I have StateFarm and don’t have to deal with geico like it was with my Hawaii incident. Highly recommend!"
